Individual and group psychotherapeutic activities
Tailored pathways, from deep self-listening to the relational strength of the group
Psychotherapy, both individual and group, is a treatment pathway based on the therapeutic relationship that takes place in a protected and non-judgmental space. Its aim is to help the person understand their difficulties and find the inner resources to overcome them. While individual therapy offers an exclusive relationship with the therapist, ideal for deep self-analysis, group therapy harnesses interaction and sharing among participants as a powerful tool for support and growth. The choice between an individual pathway, a group pathway, or a combination of both is evaluated together with the therapist to best meet the person’s goals.
